RESERVATIONS:

Begin by creating an account, this will help you earn your free trip, modify your trip details, and book rides even faster next time. It also allows us to help you on our end if you need assistance.

1. Once your reservation is made, we will double check the details on our end and email you back an updated confirmation that will reflect your grand total and include the gratuity.
2. If you are using any promo/custom discount, you must enter the promo code on Step 3. (Gratuity is calculated on the original rate and not on the discounted rate.)
3. Promo code not working? Not to worry, just go ahead and write the promo code in the notes section and we will manually apply it on our end.
4. When going to or from any airport, please do not enter the exact address of the airport. Make sure to enter SAN or LAX and this will trigger the system to ask for airline & flight info.
5. As of Jan 1 2023, we have implemented an 8% fuel surcharge on each reservation.
