Cancellation and Social Media Policies


Standard Bookings (M-Th/October through March):

  • All reservations require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
  • If cancellation is requested prior to 72 hours of the date and time of the scheduled service, there will be no additional charge other than the deposit for requested service.
  • However, failure to notify Royalty Limousine prior to 72 hours of the date and time of the scheduled service will result in the full payment of the scheduled service to be charged.


Important Notice:

  • Effective July 1st, 2025, all reservations scheduled on weekends—including Fridays—between April and September must be paid in full at the time of booking confirmation. These reservations are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, and Royalty Limousine San Diego will not issue credit toward future trip.


  • Unless a written request is submitted, all passengers consent to being filmed or photographed for Royalty Limousine San Diego’s marketing purposes. If any passengers are under the age of 18, Royalty Limousine San Diego will typically seek parental consent, unless the booking party has knowingly provided implied consent at the time of media production.
